What are your common flag sizes?

We have typically had five sizes available for our flags. If you're not finding the size you're looking for feel free to contact us for a custom size or order.

How long will it take to receive my flag?

Each and every flag at Endgrain Workshop is made by hand. We try our best to have a 2-3 week turnaround time on all our orders but we're human and things can happen. We always make sure to stay in contact with our customers if there are any delays in production. Please keep in mind that shipping times have been longer than normal due to Covid-19.

Can I hang my flag outdoors?

The standard finish that we use on our flags is an indoor lacquer. However, we have the option to have your flag coated with an outdoor protective varnish. There's an additional cost for the protective varnish - $10 - and we recommend that the varnish be reapplied every couple of years. Let's just be honest though, the flags are made from wood and natural aging will occur. If able to, it’s best for your wood flag to be placed under a covered porch or awning.

What if you don't have the flag or sign I'm looking for?

No problem, we can work with you to design a wooden flag or sign of your liking. Just hit us up on our contact page to let us know what you have in mind.

What if I want to return my flag?

All of our flags are made to order and we DON"T accept returns. With that said, we do want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. That is why we offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all our flags and signs. If you're not satisfied with your product please reach out to us on our contact page and we will work on a solution for you.

What if I want to cancel my order?

I gladly accept cancellations. Please request your cancellation within 2 days of purchase. With that said, we do want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. That is why we offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all our flags and signs. If you're not satisfied with your product please reach out to us on our contact page and we will work on a solution for you.

What if my flag is damaged during shipping.

We fully understand that things can go wrong. Just hit us up and we'll work with you to replace your flag or sign. We might ask for you to send us pictures of the damage so we can notify our shipping partners of the issue. This allows us to help eliminate these situations in the future.

How do I hang my flag?

Every one of our flags and signs is sold with preinstalled mounting brackets on the back. Depending on the size of your flag you will most likely want to hang the flag from a stud or a drywall anchor suitable to its weight capacity. We DON'T provide the wall screws at this time.
